When will my Garment be shipped?

All garments are express shipped at the beginning of the week to ensure your item arrives in time for your booking dates. If your event is booked at the beginning of the week, your garment will be sent out the week before.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $28, which includes express delivery to you as well as a return satchel, making the process smooth and easy for all clients.
Can I hire multiple items?

Absolutely! Subject to availability, you can browse and select multiple items for your chosen dates.
The item I received has some damage

Satin & Silk Hires ensures no item sent out is unwearable. While not all garments are brand new and some may show minor signs of wear, we do not send out items with excessive damage. All items are carefully looked after and photographed prior to being sent out. If you believe your garment has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at info@satinsilkhires.com
What if I damage the item during my hire?

Any damage caused during the hire period may result in repair or replacement fees depending on the extent of the damage. Please contact us immediately. 
Can I book an item for longer than the standard 4-day hire?

Yes! At Satin & Silk Hires, we offer both 4-day and 8-day hire options. If you require a longer hire period, please contact us at info@satinsilkhires.com
I don’t like the fit on me — can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including sizing or fit issues, as customers select their items at the time of booking. Please choose carefully and refer to sizing details before confirming your hire.

If there is a fault or the item is not as described, please contact us and we will assist in line with our Consumer Guarantee obligations.
What happens if my item doesn’t arrive on time?

In the rare case of a delivery delay, please contact us immediately so we can assist and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you clean the garments?

Yes, all items are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each hire. Please do not wash or alter garments.
