Description

The Penelope Maxi Dress is crafted from stretch mesh fabric, it features a halter neckline with gathered detailing through the waist for a flattering fit. The skirt is attached at the left side to reveal a subtle waist cutout, finished with a high split and soft ruffle trim along the hem.
