Your $15 booking fee secures your appointment and helps us prepare a personalised fitting experience. During your appointment, you'll have the opportunity to try on your selected styles, receive sizing advice, and ask any questions about the hire process.

If you hire a dress during or after your appointment, your $15 booking fee will be credited towards your dress hire.

If you choose not to proceed with a booking, the $15 appointment fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time reserved exclusively for you, appointment preparation, and administration costs.
